Thai Le Interior Design and our legal representatives are committed to maintaining the highest level of trust with our customers, we have built, are building and will continue to build a reputation based on fairness, honesty and integrity. We need to consider this as our most valuable asset. Thai Le Interior Design recognizes that our reputation is based on our adherence to the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism in the performance of our duties, and without this, we would not have achieved the success we have today.
II/ Code of conduct
The Code of Conduct (hereinafter referred to as “the Code”) is a summary of the standards that Thai Le Interior Design has established for the company, its managers and employees. The Code is designed to promote good values and prevent any misconduct. It ensures that employees and the public are aware of the standards that Thai Le Interior Design has set for itself. We are all held personally accountable for compliance with the Code, which is also the basis for disciplinary action for non-compliance, which may include dismissal or liability to relevant government agencies and other regulatory bodies where appropriate.
1. Ethical values
The goal of Thai Le Interior Design is to maximize customer value and enhance experience in the interior design industry. Because of these goals, Thai Le Interior Design always emphasizes not only legal issues but also business ethics.

Thai Le Interior Design recognizes that the only measure of success is based on the Company's reputation for integrity as well as the trust and prestige of the community: We respect the interests of customers as well as the Company's commitments and frankly make guarantees when we have the ability and must strive to meet the guarantees in the best way.

Providing sales information, administrative and technical support to customers 24 hours a day and 7 days a week is always our top priority. 2. Compliance with the law in business
Thai Le Interior Design recognizes the importance of and strict compliance with all relevant laws, rules, regulations, policies, standards - whether internal or external. We are committed to strict, disciplined management, the highest level of control and compliance with the Law.

Thai Le Interior Design always ensures all relevant parties an accurate, timely and easy-to-understand information environment: This information policy applies to communications and information searches with government agencies, management agencies, employees, customers and the media.

Disciplinary action may include, but is not limited to, counseling, oral or written reprimand, warning, admonition or suspension without pay, demotion, reduction in pay, termination, restitution and possible legal action.
4. Employee responsibilities
- Comply with the law
Every member at Thai Le Interior Design is responsible for clearly understanding and strictly complying with all laws, rules and regulations, as well as internal policies of Thai Le Interior Design: This is considered one of our first efforts to become one of the exemplary members at Thai Le Interior Design.
- Customer care
One of the efforts that Thai Le Interior Design makes to differentiate itself from other companies is to continuously improve the quality of customer care services: Thai Le Interior Design always hopes and encourages employees to increase their approach to customers in the most focused way, as well as take care of customers in the most polite, professional, respectful and thoughtful way to ensure the highest trust from all customers even when we do not have the honor to serve those customers.

- Security
We will not use or attempt to use any information in a way that will or is likely to cause damage or loss, directly or indirectly, to Thai Le Interior Design, or Thai Le Interior Design's legal representatives: In the course of serving customers, an employee may be given access to information relating to customers, commercial operations, systems, marketing, business plans, costs, revenues or other information considered proprietary by Thai Le Interior Design or the customer. We will not share this sensitive information with others, even with our family members. And we will be careful not to accidentally or intentionally disclose such information, such as discussing matters in public, or over the phone and computer, to avoid the possibility of third parties using such sensitive information.
- Conflict of interest
We will not do anything that conflicts or appears to conflict with the interests of Thai Le Interior Design, nor will we engage (directly or indirectly) in any action that might impede our objectivity in the performance of our duties at Thai Le Interior Design: Personal conflicts of interest arise when we are confronted with personal interests and the interests of the Company. We have the right to a private life, but when at work, all employees are expected to be open and loyal to Thai Le Interior Design. All employees are required to act in the best interests of the Company and to ensure the integrity of the Company. We will not be influenced by personal or family interests or any interest groups. All employees will have to use their judgment to decide what is, or could be, a conflict of interest. We are smart enough to do this. In the course of their work, employees are often required to exercise judgment on even more difficult issues. Any employee who becomes aware of risks that may give rise to a personal conflict of interest should promptly discuss the matter with their supervisor or the Company's administrative department.
- Outside work
Working and engaging in activities other than those of the Company that may interfere with your personal duties or those of Thai Le Interior Design employees: The service of any employee (paid or unpaid, elected, appointed, or otherwise) for any business other than Thai Le Interior Design requires specific, formal written permission from the administrative department. It is strictly forbidden for us to work in an official or unofficial capacity with other companies in the interior design industry in any capacity, especially with any client of Thai Le Interior Design.
- Protection and use of assets
Theft, negligence and waste have a direct impact on the Company's interests. We have a duty to protect assets and ensure the effective use of Company assets: Company assets must only be used for legitimate business purposes, and all employees must take measures to ensure against theft, damage and misuse. Company assets include all tangible assets such as materials, machinery, working tools, etc., as well as intangible assets such as reports (published and unpublished), information, data, business and marketing plans, etc. Unauthorized use or dissemination of this information is a violation of Company policy.
- Report violation
Thai Le Interior Design encourages reporting of violations of laws, rules, regulations or statutes: Reports by employees, workers may be made on a confidential and anonymous basis. All reports must be factual, not based solely on speculation, and should contain as much specific information as possible to allow for an accurate assessment. In addition, all reports should contain sufficient information to support the investigation including, for example, the name of the individual suspected of violating, the relevant facts of the violation, how the complainant became aware of the violation, what steps the complainant took, who may have been harmed or affected by the violation, and, to the extent possible, an assessment of the false report or damage to the company as a result of the violation. The Company prohibits threats, retaliation against any director, employee or worker who makes a report.
