Preliminary consultation

Thai Le Interior Design consultants will advise you directly on popular interior styles today. We will also present wood samples, paint materials, along with Thai Le Interior Design's interior samples, the differences of Thai Le Interior Design, working process, promotions and other special needs so that Thai Le Interior Design can bring optimization to you.

Quotation, estimate and design

After determining your actual needs, Thai Le Interior Design consultants will send you a budget estimate and interior design quote based on your requirements. This quote is also based on Thai Le Interior Design's fixed unit price and includes basic items in your home, minimum dimensions that we have through floor plans, interior drawings (if any). The purpose of this quote is to help you estimate the budget for your home's interior space, from which we can help you adjust a suitable budget.

Sign design contract

A design contract will be established by Thai Le Interior Design, the purpose of this work is to remember the cooperation between you and Thai Le Interior Design in writing. In this document, we will commit to the issue that Thai Le Interior Design will become the main interior contractor in your entire project and we will consult on the design of the entire interior space. In other words, Thai Le Interior Design will reduce the design fee from 50% to 100% for you if we directly produce those furniture. And if you do not choose Thai Le Interior Design as the main interior contractor, you will pay the remaining cost in the design contract to us.

Direct consultant

You will work with our team consisting of a consultant, an interior design team and a technical team. The consultant and the leader of the design team will work directly with you at the construction site. The designer will advise you more thoroughly and mainly understand your special requirements so that the design team can complete the design as close to your expectations as possible. We will answer your questions about the advantages and disadvantages of your home's interior space.

First drawing submission

After the time committed in the signed design contract, Thai Le Interior Design will send you the first drawing. This drawing has the sole purpose of suggesting to help you have a more general view of your interior space when they are shown in a 3D space and you will also redefine your needs more clearly in terms of color, number of furniture, interior style, etc. Normally, the first 3D drawing only shows about 60-70% of your ideas, our consultants will accurately note your editing requirements so that the design team can adjust the drawing in a timely manner.

Edit drawing

Once we have an accurate understanding of your revision requirements, the design team will adjust the drawing to meet those requirements. Depending on the number of revisions, we will give you a suitable time frame for the second submission of the drawing. The drawing revision process is repeated several times until you agree with the final drawing we design.

Handover of drawings

After agreeing on the final design drawing, you will receive a set of design documents including full 3D drawings, floor plans designed by Thai Le Interior Design.
