Transport

Free shipping to all districts of Ho Chi Minh City. Shipping fee outside Ho Chi Minh City is not included.

Free shipping to any location within a delivery range of ≤ 30km from Thai Le Interior Design factory.

Thai Le Interior Design will notify you of shipping costs before you decide to purchase from us if your location is not within the free shipping area.

Shipping time will be informed before you decide to purchase and depends on the quantity of products and the value of the contract.

We take full responsibility for packaging and preserving products during transportation, loading, unloading and installation.

Before shipping, Thai Le Interior Design's delivery department will contact you to agree on the specific time and location of delivery.

Delivery and installation time is from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm every day of the week except Sundays and holidays.

Installation

Thai Le Interior Design takes full responsibility for loading, unloading and installing the furniture products we provide right at the place you request, completely free of charge for all customers and all orders without any limits on ordering time or delivery and installation location throughout Vietnam.

In all cases where the product is installed without the direct installation of Thai Le Interior Design staff, it is not recognized. When that happens, it means that you will be responsible for the installation technique, as well as all risks, losses, and damages related to the product and people such as: falling and damaging the product, falling and endangering life, etc. In other words, the Company does not bear any responsibility if we do not directly install.
