Interior construction quotation
Thai Le Interior Design will send you a quote for interior construction including the furniture you require to be constructed as well as the exact unit price of those items and the actual size of the items we will produce for you. In most cases, the interior construction quote will not differ much from the estimated quote we have sent you, usually they can be 10-15% more or less than the estimated quote. The interior construction quote will be the main basis for establishing an interior construction contract.
Sign construction contract
An interior construction contract will be established by Thai Le Interior Design with you for your furniture production. In this document, we will commit to the production value, production method, installation, warranty, maintenance, delivery time, etc. When the construction contract is signed, it means that you will transfer a deposit of 70% of the contract value to Thai Le Interior Design so that we can start producing furniture for you. This is the prerequisite for us to start production.
Site survey
The consultant will work with Thai Le Interior Design's technical staff to measure directly at your actual construction site one more time so that the production department can ensure that everything is accurate and will provide the most optimal and convenient transportation, loading and unloading, and installation method for both you and Thai Le Interior Design.
Manufactured at Thai Le Interior Design factory
Thai Le Interior Design's furniture factory is located at: 178 Long Thuan, Long Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. With a large campus area and modern machinery and equipment, Thai Le Interior Design will directly produce all the furniture that we have signed in the interior construction contract with you. During this stage, the design team will work closely with the production team to bring you perfect products.
Pack
Each finished product is packaged by Thai Le Interior Design right at the factory and immediately transferred to the warehouse to avoid scratches and dust. They will be stored in the best environment and arranged in order of appropriate delivery date. At Thai Le Interior Design, we are committed to providing the best care for each of your furniture.
Transport
Transporting by specialized vehicles and ensuring product quality throughout the transportation process is our top responsibility. Depending on our existing commitments, but in most cases, Thai Le Interior Design will take responsibility for any damage during the transportation of products from our factory to your construction site. And Thai Le Interior Design's obligation is to fix those damages in the best way possible, depending on the extent of the damage, we can repair or completely replace a new product for you.
